Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 July 2026

Dr Levi's (“we”, “us”) operates this website. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

When you book a free information call through this website, we collect the details you provide in the booking form: your name, email address, phone number, your chosen call time, how you heard about us, and anything you choose to write in the optional notes field. We also collect standard website analytics information, including the campaign parameters (UTM tags) attached to the link that brought you here.

How we use it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the contents of your booking form for advertising.

Who handles your information

Scheduling is handled by a trusted third-party scheduling provider, which receives your name, email address, chosen time and phone number, so that our patient education team can call you at the time you selected. Anything you write in the notes field is never sent to the scheduling provider — it is transferred only to the practice's secure systems, along with your contact details. Information you share is handled confidentially by the practice team.

Cookies and advertising measurement

This website can use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure whether our advertising is working — for example, counting page visits and completed bookings. The pixel loads only if you opt in through the on-site privacy prompt; if you decline, or have not yet chosen, it does not load and nothing is sent to Meta. We never send Meta your name, email address, phone number, or the contents of your notes. Meta is based in the United States and may match a visit or booking to your Facebook or Instagram account. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Privacy choices” link in the footer, and declining does not affect your booking or your care. You can also manage how Meta uses data about you at facebook.com/adpreferences.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Booking information is stored in access-controlled systems and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Some of our service providers, including our scheduling provider and website hosting, store information on servers located outside Australia (including in the United States). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Access, correction and complaints

You can request access to or correction of your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by calling the practice on (02) 9283 1900 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) or writing to us at 63 Oxford St, Darlinghurst NSW. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
