Our approach

We look at the whole picture, not just the teeth.

Breathing, sleep and the way a child grows are closely connected. Rather than focusing on teeth alone, we consider how the airway, jaws and natural development work together — so a child can feel, focus and grow well.

Airway & breathing

How easily air moves through the nose and airway — during the day and overnight.

Restful sleep

Calm, settled sleep supports a child's mood, energy and concentration through the day.

Natural growth

We work with a child's own development, while the jaws and face are still growing.

Gentle & non-invasive

Our approach is designed to support natural development, no medication or surgery involved.

Things parents sometimes notice

Familiar? You're not the only one.

Many families come to us after noticing small things at home. On their own these are common and can have many causes, but sometimes they're worth a closer look. A free, no-pressure call can help you decide whether to explore further.

Snoring or noisy breathing at night
Breathing through the mouth
Restless or broken sleep
Grinding teeth during sleep
Tired or unsettled during the day
Crowded or crooked teeth
Bed-wetting that continues
Trouble settling or concentrating

Noticing one or two of these doesn't mean anything is wrong — they're common and have many possible causes. An information call simply helps you understand whether a closer look makes sense for your family.

If care is recommended

What care may involve.

Where care is appropriate, it may involve a custom-made oral appliance and supporting therapies that work with your child's natural growth to help the jaw grow bone. There is no surgery, no drugs and no needles.

Every child is different. Dr Levi assesses each child individually before recommending whether any care is appropriate.

The consultation

From a free call to a clear picture.

We keep the first step simple. The detail — what we're seeing, what it might mean, and what the options are — is best shared in person, where there's time to ask questions and understand the full picture together.

01

Free information call

A relaxed, no-obligation phone chat with our patient education team. No referral needed, and your child doesn't need to be there.

02

Clinical assessment

If it makes sense, an in-person appointment with Dr Levi to understand a child's airway, breathing and development.

03

Your personalised picture

We walk you through what we found, in plain language, and talk through whether any care is appropriate.

04

Ongoing, joined-up support

If you choose to proceed, we support your family throughout — working alongside other health professionals where helpful.

The information call is free and is not a clinical consultation— it doesn't include diagnosis or treatment. A clinical assessment with Dr Levi is a separate appointment, offered only if it's appropriate for your family.

Common questions

Questions parents ask first.

Is the free call a medical consultation?

No. It's an information call to help you understand what you're noticing. There is no diagnosis and no treatment advice on the call.

Who will I speak with?

The first call is with our patient education team. If it looks worth exploring further, they can arrange a clinical consultation with Dr Mark Levi.

Does care involve surgery, drugs or needles?

No. Where care is recommended, it is based on custom-made oral appliances and supporting therapies. No surgery, no drugs, no needles. Our focus is on growing bone naturally.

Does every child with these signs need care?

No. Many of these signs are common and can have more than one cause. The first step is simply understanding whether anything is worth looking into for your child.

Do I need a referral?

No. You don't need a referral for the information call.
