Snoring, grinding, waking tired no matter how early the night ended — Dr Levi's looks at how your breathing, airway and jaw work together during sleep, so you can understand the full picture. Gently, and without pressure.

We look at the whole picture, not just the teeth.
Breathing, sleep and the way the jaws have developed are closely connected. Rather than focusing on teeth alone, we consider how the airway, jaws and sleep work together — so you can understand the full picture.
Airway & breathing
How easily air moves through the nose and airway — during the day, and while you sleep.
Restorative sleep
Sleep that actually restores — supporting energy, mood, memory and concentration through the day.
Working with your biology
It's never too late — our approach works with the body's own growth and repair biology, even in adulthood.
Gentle & education-first
Understanding comes before any decision about care. No pressure, no obligation.
Sound familiar?
On their own, each of these is common and can have many causes. Understanding whether they share a root cause may be worth your time — many adults have simply learned to live with them.
And why? Because they can be hard to talk about, and even harder to treat. But if you're ready to explore whether your sleep and breathing could be improved, a free information call is a good place to start.
None of these signs are a diagnosis. A free information call is simply a place to ask questions and decide whether a closer look at your breathing and sleep makes sense.
From a free call to a clear picture.
We keep the first step simple. The detail — what we're seeing, what it might mean, and what the options are — is best shared in person, where there's time to ask questions and understand the full picture together.
Free information call
A relaxed, no-obligation chat with our patient education team. Share what you've been noticing — no referral needed.
Clinical assessment
If you choose to go further, Dr Levi assesses how your airway, breathing, jaw and sleep fit together.
Your personalised picture
A clear, plain-English explanation of what was found and what it may mean, all with time for your questions.
Ongoing, joined-up support
Where appropriate, care is coordinated with your GP or other health professionals.
The information call is free and is not a clinical consultation— it doesn't include diagnosis or treatment. A clinical assessment with Dr Levi is a separate appointment, offered only if it's appropriate for you.
Care led by Dr Mark Levi.

Our multidisciplinary team also works alongside ENTs, sleep physicians and allied health professionals where helpful.
Questions people ask first.
Is the free call a medical consultation?
No. It's an information call to help you understand what you're noticing. There is no diagnosis and no treatment advice on the call.
Who will I speak with?
The first call is with our patient education team. If it looks worth exploring further, they can arrange a clinical consultation with Dr Mark Levi.
Does care involve surgery, drugs or needles?
No. Where care is recommended, it is based on custom-made oral appliances and supporting therapies. No surgery, no drugs, no needles. Our focus is on growing bone naturally.
What happens if an assessment looks helpful?
The team can arrange a clinical consultation with Dr Mark Levi, who can assess your situation and provide personalised advice.
